Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of RxMux (“RxMux,” “Service,” “Application,” or “Software”), owned and operated by Kepler Data Science Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using RxMux, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Restricted Professional Use Only
RxMux is intended exclusively for use by licensed medical professionals acting within the scope of their professional credentials and applicable laws.
RxMux is not intended for use by patients, caregivers, or the general public.
You represent and warrant that you are a currently licensed healthcare professional authorized to access clinical information.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
2. Nature of the Service
RxMux is an AI-assisted clinical support tool designed to help healthcare professionals organize, summarize, and longitudinally track patient encounters and medical records.
The Service:
Aggregates and processes user-provided data
Generates AI-assisted insights, summaries, or organizational views
Does not provide definitive clinical conclusions or directives
3. Not a Medical Device
RxMux is not a medical device under applicable laws and regulations.
The Software is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition, nor to replace clinical judgment, diagnostic reasoning, or professional decision-making.
All medical decisions remain solely the responsibility of the licensed healthcare professional.
4. AI Advisory & Professional Judgment
RxMux utilizes artificial intelligence to generate content.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or contextually inappropriate
Outputs are informational and assistive only
You must independently review, validate, and interpret all outputs before relying on them
RxMux does not replace independent professional medical judgment, clinical expertise, or standard-of-care practices.
5. Not for Emergency or Time-Critical Use
RxMux must not be used for medical emergencies, urgent care scenarios, or time-critical clinical decision-making.
The Service is not designed to:
Monitor real-time patient status
Trigger emergency responses
Provide rapid clinical intervention guidance
In emergencies, users must rely on standard emergency protocols and services.
6. HIPAA, PHI & Business Associate Agreements
RxMux is designed to support HIPAA-compliant workflows.
Kepler Data Science Pte. Ltd. maintains Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with certain third-party service providers involved in data processing, as disclosed on the Sub-Processors page.
These sub-processors may process data solely to support the operation of the Service and are contractually obligated to protect Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with applicable agreements.
Notwithstanding the above:
End users remain solely responsible for ensuring the lawful collection, use, handling, and disclosure of PHI
Users must comply with HIPAA, local privacy laws, institutional policies, and professional obligations
RxMux does not determine whether PHI may be lawfully uploaded or processed in any specific context
You agree not to upload, process, or disclose PHI except as permitted by applicable law and your professional responsibilities.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use RxMux only within your professional scope and applicable laws
Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
Verify all AI-generated outputs before clinical use
Ensure accuracy and legality of data you provide
Obtain all required patient consents where applicable
Pay applicable fees to use RxMux
You acknowledge that you remain fully accountable for all clinical decisions and patient outcomes.
8. No Warranties
RxMux is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Accuracy
Reliability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Clinical effectiveness
Regulatory compliance for any specific use case
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Kepler Data Science Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
We are not liable for clinical decisions, patient outcomes, misinterpretation of outputs, or reliance on AI-generated content
Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the Service during the prior six (6) months
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kepler Data Science Pte. Ltd., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of RxMux
Violation of these Terms
Improper handling of PHI
Clinical decisions made using the Service
11. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in RxMux, including software, models, interfaces, and branding, are owned by Kepler Data Science Pte. Ltd.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for:
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of the Service
Legal or regulatory risk
Upon termination, your right to use RxMux immediately ceases.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RxMux constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
